I know of one thing that will work to cut thin sheet latex - an Olfa
brand rotary cutter.
You get them at finer sewing supply stores, they start at about $20
and go up.
Alternatively, draw a line (very light pressure!) using an ultra-fine-
point permanent marker and a ruler, and use a pair of very sharp
(Fiskars) shears to follow the line.
