one last try:

2U height rack mount PDU.  3ph. input, but could be rewired for 1ph.
5 fused circuits, 5 duplex "edison" outlets (ie; ten places to put a
regular plug) + line breaker.  Seems too nice to throw away.  PDU's
like these (Pulizzi, etc) cost $300+ new.  Going in the dumpster Friday.
I will not ship, you must pick up or make arrangements to meet me.
