Greetings all,

I have posted some recent pictures of a my VDG, Wimshurst, and a Kelvin
water dropper.  Please bare in mind these are all works in progress and
any comments / suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

VDG specs.
20" dia. top electrode
12" dia. large strike electrode / 3/4" small strike electrode
6" dia acrylic column
Poly carbonate / aluminum base structure
3" wide yellow caution tape belt.  Red high voltage tape did not work as
well.
2.5" dia. crowned pulleys (bottom: aluminum vinyl covered (grounded) /
top: teflon)
1750 RPM 1/10 hp motor (will increase speed in future with
gearing/belts)
7.5kv 2 ma charge inducer (ionizer power supply)
Maximum spark length 18" (to small 3/4" ball)
