Hi Dan

Might be worth a chat with the local Neon sign co, found one here willing to
assist in this area a while ago while looking for NST's. Not needed their
expertise but I'd imagine they coluld fix that soprt of problem pretty
quickly and fill the beast witrh gas to reqd prtessure too.
