Rail-02.jpg: Outdoor night shot shows the MTC-1 hobby coil sitting on
the test car about halfway out on the 47 feet of outdoor track. The
steel track is supported on heavy steel posts every 7 feet along its
length buried below frostline in lot's-o'concrete. The 3 storey tall
lifting gantry stationed at the far end of the track is for lifting and
stacking resonators and toploads, thusly providing the capability of
erecting a finished Tesla coil much taller than can be setup within the
restrictive 10 foot ceiling height of the lab. A topload nearly 14 feet
in diameter can now be placed on top of a large resonator at a height of
26 feet.
