How to rise the secondary?

I mounted a PVC cap, mouth up on center of platform using nylon bolts and
place the sec in that. You would need the type PVC cap that is flat rather
than rounded. The sec fits snuggly in this cap and can readily be adjusted.
This gives me approx 1 1/4" of vertical travel for tuning.
