Make sure you have output to the gdt by just running the interrupter. If so your ICs are probably connected. Next make sure gdt is wound correctly. If nothing on the gdt secondaries or gdt primary, then make sure the ICs are properly seated ( assuming they are through hole in an iC socket). I have run into this issue before. If they are not properly seated in the IC socket then pop them out and reinsert them. You can use a multimeter to assess whether each leg is connected to the IC socket.

If all above is working, then try running it with no secondary and just using primary feedback to see if you can inductively heat pieces of metal that are placed above the secondary with low voltage setting applied to the bridge inverter via a variac.
