Yup, selling kits significantly mitigates the liability. We also have a
fairly hefty amount of insurance behind us, and staying at relatively safe
(<500W) power levels definitely helps; there's unlikely to be serious
injuries unless people start jabbing their fingers into the bus capacitors.
