Re: [TCML] MOT ballasting options



It's important to remember that the inductance of the transformer itself plays a role here too. 
The spool may limit to 35A, but when I run with the pt under load, it draws 30. 
I'm just saying for sake of saying :)

9mH = 3.4 ohms at 60 Hz, 2.8 @ 50

1 spool = 35 Amps at 120 V, 60 Hz
