I don't know why you would want to use WinTesla with JavaTC available, but apparently my inner packrat has squirreled away a copy of "wintesla5.exe" (dated 9/14/2003 - size 2.1MiB (2,230,784 B).
I also have what appears to be the source .zip file (890.1 KiB (911,441 B)).
I don't know if I am allowed to upload it somewhere, but I'd be happy to email it to you if you can't find it anywhere else.
