At Digikey, anyway.. the ever popular 942C20P15K - 0.15 uF, 2kV are 74.88 for 10 pcs.. over $8 each in singles..
Ditto for Mouser.. $8.35 each in small qty
At Allied, $6/each in qty 10. (but they have only 7 in stock)
Some guy on eBay is selling them for a bit less than $6/each in 10s for the Buy it Now price.
