Hi Rich,

If you don't have a link to the article, perhaps you could provide a few of
the specs.  For example, what is the current and voltage rating of the
transformer in the article, and what are the respective current ratings of
the transformers that you have on hand?

Also, you might consider an alternate design.  With 12 & 15KV neon sign
transformers, you most likely can find suitable designs for the transformers
you have on hand by merely searching the internet.
