[TCML] TV Picture tubes as capacitors

During my employment at Sylvania Electric in Ottawa,Ohio,I became familiar with every aspect of TV picture tube production.The conductive coating on the inside is condensed vaporized Aluminum while the outside was a water based graphite paint.One would wonder if these dissimilar coatings would affect the tubes performance as a capacitor.Nathan Woodhull
