Re: [TCML] Best GDT core for the mini SSTC



For a high frequency GDT your main concern is maximizing coupling
coefficient, so you should just try to use as high a permeability as
possible without having excessive losses in the core.  A common MnZn
ferrite like N30 or N87 should work well. Your method of winding it will
also have a great effect on coupling.
