[TCML] Phantom Streams finally appear on video...

After years if unsuccessful attempts, a smart phone video actually captures
some of them (??)

See especially 4:24 onward, but the whole video shows them to a small
degree.  Pay particular attention to the stream tips hitting my arm
in the sections of the video where the lights are on - you can just see the
streams bombarding the skin!  At the end of the video you can just
see some of the halo effects.  Glad to at least somewhat document it, even
if by accident!
