[TCML] Welcome Jim Lux, new member of moderation team

Greetings all,

The current primary moderator, Gary Lau, is starting a new job on Monday
and therefore must scale back his duties as moderator.  Jim Lux, a
long-time list member has agreed to help out with the moderation duties.

His primary availability is before and after working hours in the US.  I"m
not sure of his specific time zone though.  

Welcome to Jim and thanks for the help with TCML.
