[TCML] types of tranny oil

So...in our contractor yard at a govt facility, there sits a nice old 225kVA distro tranny. A large, heavy green monster weighing 3140lbs according to the Westinghouse nameplate. The oil is a nice light yellow color and does not stink too much (only odor is if you get a bit on your skin and smell it, really). Nameplate says on it 'mineral oil filled' at the bottom. There are no exterior labels on the unit. This is a style A65E513KC9, S/N 88JF184048 unit. It does have some nice big bayonet-type fuses for the three phases. Scrap yard would not take it because it has oil in it. It's light oil, as a 5 gallon pail only weighs maybe 40 lbs or so (guesstimate).

I thought about emailing Westinghouse to ask them, but one of you may know if mineral oil means mineral oil and not some PCB-laden soup. I already borrowed 20 gallons of the oil via the sampling port at the bottom, but may want more, as the price is very nice at $0 plus cost of buckets. Actually, pumping it into one of the 55 gallon steel drums I have sounds tempting...

Anyone near Las Cruces, NM need tranny oil?
