[TCML] Coil V5...

I had the parts.  Burning up coil V4 secondary gave me impetus to get started on a the new secondary.

Using 8" PVC duct, which has an O.D. of ~8.5".   The winding length is 34".  I went for roughly 4:1 ratio.  Using 20GA thick build.

Sanded, coated with red Glyptal.  Will coat with at least 10 coats of Dolphs before we try it out.
