May I add a technical note -

I see from his email address that he is using the Wildblue satellite
system, as am I.  That means he is bandwidth limited, so PLEASE do not
send him large messages, esp. stuff with pictures and files in the
email.  Plain text messages are fine, and avoid using HTML messages if
you can.
