[TCML] ADMIN: posting from a different address

Greetings all,

Recently we have noticed a number of postings that have been sent from an
unsubscribed address.  These messages end up in the discards pile and
don't make it to the list or even the moderators. 

You are welcome to subscribe with these other addresses and can even set
them to not get postings if you desire.  

The list software is configured to enforce subscribed addresses can only
post so please post from addresses under which you are subscribed.
