If you are constructing a low to medium power Tesla coil, and require a
quick and easy spark gap, then consider Miller Spark Gap Kit, used in Miller
high freq welders.

Contact you local large Miller welding supplier.  Ask for spark gap kit
Miller p/n 852132, priced at $78.80.

A 3 electrode holder kit with electrodes included to form 2 spark gaps. Use
2 kits for 4 gaps with 60 mA xmfrs and 1 kit with 2 gaps for 30 mA xmfrs.

Blast with a 150 CFM blower for good performance.
