If your igbts are not phased properly one may be slightly turned on while
the other is slightly off.  If you don't phase them properly they will blow
is short order.

Also, check for high frequency ringing which is a killer.  Proper filtering
with inductors or caps can eliminate this problem.

The system of feedback you use to keep the pri circuit in tune with the sec
circuit is also critical.  Solid state components work great but will
absolutely not tolerate much range as will the spark gap type oscillators.

I hope to have a set of boards populated and ready for sale this winter.
Right now they are working great running with Powerex CM300s on our test
coils.
