[TCML] Secondary GF Requirements

I have access to a transformer that says on the front "Complies with
secondary ground fault protection requirements with UL2161outdoor type
2". will this work for a tesla coil? I read the UL2161 requirements,
but just wanted to make sure. having been burned by a GFI transformer
in the past, I want to check first this time.
