Keep your variac at 35% or less until you find the proper pri tuning tap
point for best resonance.

UNPLUG the power every time you touch the primary tap to move it.

After finding the best tune point, then do the sec elevation in 1/4 inch
increments until you find the best coeff. of coupling for max spark
output.

Then, crank up the variac to full power and enjoy.
