[TCML] RE: 2N3005 Transisotrs : was:RE 555 timer



Hi Dan,

You are of course 100% correct.

What would be REALLY useful however, is if someone in touch with current semiconductor offerings (not me), could specify an electrical (not physical) drop-in replacement part number for the 2N3055.  Too bad IGBT's and power MOSFET's are not drop-in replacements.
