These are motor start/run capacitors.  They can not deal properly with the
high dV/dt riseime of RF snubber caps, such as MMC caps.  MMC caps are
designed to work at much higher frequencies.  The motor start/run caps are
designed to operate at 60 Hz and will fail with RF currents that are typical
in Tesla oscillator circuits.  TC oscillators require either snubber type
caps for nst coils or high Q factor energy discharge caps for large coils.
