You have got to be kidding??!! this was a supposedly legit installer doing this?? Who even came up with the idea to make a "handrail" termination clamp for the system?? Altho a smaller one would probably work great on a primary :)

Of course if you're holding onto this handrail, proper grounding wouldn't really matter much.
