I think that every one here has a different idea of what type of cap is the best. 
I personally like to roll my own.(That way when it fails I know that it was my own dumb fault.)  Thankfully I have never had one fail for any of my coils.  The other reason that I like to make my own caps is that I can set my specifications.  
The last cap I made was designed for .0095uf and it was practically perfect, the coil tuned within inches of where java tc said it would.  score.=)
