I use 10M, 1/2W carbon film or metal film resistors in
my MMCs. Tolerance is unimportant. You'll need one
resistor per cap.  These are pennies each from places
like Mouser and DigiKey.  Their catalogs list many
different brands. If in doubt about which ones to buy,
go cheap.
