Hi,

the problems you are describing reminds me on similar effects with resonant 
curcuits and temperature, means your circuit gets higher temperature and by 
this the resonancepoint changes. How can the values of L C curcuit be 
changed by temperarture? It can be the ohm values of the copper wire.
