Uh, and they carry these kits in other  countries? I don't think so.






I don't personally know what's for sale or not, in  the rest of the world, so 
I didn't address that. It is a fact,  however, that a larger percentage of 
Americans are involved in civil  litigation than any other population in the 
world, and a larger percentage of  Americans are incarcerated than any other 
population in the world.
