    _Tesla's_ Colorado Springs Notes make no mention.
    They describe lighting some incandescent lamps, outside the door of the
    lab...)

(as to MIT exercise:
    I've yet to see a mention of the _efficieiency_ tests.
    Or of biological effects tests.
