Rectify the output (full-wave rectifier of ultrafast HV diodes,
UF4007s would work), then you can assume the 60hz numbers that online
calculators provide.  Or you can go bigger or smaller, but the firing
rate will change accordingly.  You might want to look at using a
really large capacitor and running it at only a few pulses per second
to get longer sparks than otherwise possible (though they wont be
continuous).
