Original poster: nancylavoie@xxxxxxxxxxx I think you may be talking about an episode of NOVA- and if anyone's interested in finding out more about this subject check-out the book THE LIGHTNING DISCHARGE by Martin Uman. I remember there was a fair amount of mention of this subject in this particular book.
