Hi,
Does anyone have opinions on the 0.15uF 2000 V axial pulse caps that
are advertised on E bay from China.
They are described as film foil metal hybrid construction and the
specifications of esl, esr,dv/dt and current ratings are identical
to the highly regarded CD 942 series, the only difference as far as I
can tell is that they are yellow rather than the CD White !
>From a previous enquiry I know that the seller will give a large
discount on a bulk order. I'm considering a large MMC which would
require up to 300
capacitors but wonder if they would be inferior to the CD's,
All suggestions would be gratefully appreciated,
Regards,
Phillip.

Hi Phillip,

Until someone actually runs a controlled reliability test like Terry Fritz
did several years back, it's all OPOP. (Other People's Opinion and Prejudice)
And you know what opinions are like! ;^)) This may be your opportunity to be
on the "bleeding edge" of technology.
