Now that is interesting.  The flash is recording time dependent
changes in location (velocity) of a lamp not visible in the
camera field of view.  There are four such light streams, and
they all follow the same shape of path (probably an unsteady hand
holding the camera).  

Are the three other light stream sources caused by background
reflections or other street lamps in the background?  

It almost looks like there are vertical striations in the orange
haze around the top load.  Could this be due to a magnetic or
electrostatic, cylindrically expanding, traveling wave in the
surrounding atmosphere (or space-time fabric)?  Could the light
be reflecting from an optical distortion of the environment?
