Pepsi, Coke, and beer cans are actually marvels of modern 
engineering. They're extruded seamless cans, and are actually thinner 
at the top than at the bottom. The thickness at the top is less than 
1/2 a mil (thousandth of an inch) (<0.01 mm).. thinner than the 
aluminum foil you use for cooking.
