Aquadag was used for years on TV set CRTs for the attractive, grounded electrode inside the CRT. Very conductive.

I bought some.   It appears to be "aquadag,"  carbon soot with some sort
of binder.   It's like silver epoxy, but without the silver and without
the epoxy.

Could be great for making electrostatic plates on glass (for physics
demonstrations, whatever.   Paint it on papier mache balloon spheres to
create a VDG main terminal!)
