RE: Dwell time, etc

I think years ago Dave Sharp ( ? ) of the TCBOR built a rotary with adjustable dwell , I dont know what the result was, .....he had a tapered stationary fixed gap that could be adjusted up/down as the rotary was running,...pretty cool..................
