I'll be he'll be making a couple of second chance offers if he has more than one of those available. The point to note was that none of the bidders had more than 24 feedbacks. The winner had only one feedback, so most of the bidders were rank noobies. "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing!" They could have bought a new X-ray machine complete for that price.
