Greg,

I am guessing that with WinTesla you have not checked the box that causes
WinTesla to include the topload capacitance for calculating the secondary
resonant frequency.  If so, WinTesla is reporting the secondary resonant
frequency without any topload, which would give you the 362 kHz.
