that`s what i was askin about! you are right, coz angular acceleration
of rotating body is in direct proportion to M/J, where M is the rotor
torque and J is the moment of inertia of the body.

he, so it`s no matter how big or how heavy the wheel would be, coz
"it`s pure aerodynamic problem" like Richard Hull said long ago : )
