I like the idea you can donate the governments share to a cause of your own
choosing. Sadly the government does not see it that way.
I did wonder if Chip should be running a non profit organization so
contributions would be considered as charitable donations.

Perhaps we could arrange some Pork Barrel to go to building a huge coil as
opposed to a 200 million+ bridge to an island of 50 residents.

I suspect a company like Disney Word, a science museum or even as the center
piece of a corporate head quarters may be the most motivated to spend the
money. What about one at Niagara Falls cheap power and synergy with
the history of Tesla. They would need a good Terry filter don't want to kill
the generators again LOL.

Probably most list member know a city or two that have spent at least half a
million dollars on their favorite folly. Though I suspect that a giant Tesla
Coil would not be seen as art.
