   Unanswerable question.
    8)>>

The frequencies will be many, varied, vary from stroke to stroke,
   depend on coil parameters,

Some of it is blue white/yellow white light, which is,
   after all, electromganetic radiation.

Some IR (longer) and UV (shorter) than visible is also
   emag.

The 'resonance' freq of the coil/cap will dominate.
This is et by the design.

There will be multiples (harmonics) at f, 3f, etc.

The high frequencies will drop off, as the park/arc
lasts long enough quench them. Maybe some 'vhfish'
peaks at the lengths of the sparks/arcs.

The system as a whole will put out strays at a range
of freqs, set by ire lengths, etc.

A spectrum analyser if handy, expensive. A calibrated,
or otherwise, receiver will give some indications.
Serious work needs to be aware that ALL receivers have more
or less false reponses, eg a signal at f1, may really be
a stray on another freq. (whole 'nother discussion... 8)>>)

   (hint:
I used to do EMI/RFI for a living...)
