Re: RATCB2005 Teslathon Photos

Hi Brad, all,

Well, there is alot of information about the stuff in the photos. Some of
it is on video (which I have not looked at yet). But sometimes I get little
more than just the photos. Hehe. For example, I know nothing about the
electric motor, other than it spins and chimes.

The mini tesla coil? I may have some data from Tom on the video, but can't
recall specifics. It is a coil-in-a-box that is very portable. Tom likes
it because he can grab the smallish box and setup a demo really fast. I
don't know if he is on this list.

The plasma orbs belong to Jeff Larson. http://www.teslacoil.org/

Jeff goes to a surplus place and digs through hundreds of orbs that do not
work. He finds a few with gas in them that can be salvaged, and gets them
working. I am bugging him on Instant Messaging to say something about the
orbs on the list. Not sure if he will or not. But I can tell you that they
are mostly partiotic. Green, red, white, and blue.

Maybe by asking on this list, the person with the interesting item (or
someone else at the teslathon) can provide more info?

Cheers,

Terry Blake
