Wow.. a mere 5400 kg of oil.  Anyway, a 5.5 kV, 300A transformer.    Better
buy your Diala AX in train car lots.

Photo 49.. Is this 300 kVA? Maybe 5700V in, 52.5 A?  I'm not familiar with
Russian standard HV voltages.  Is it a transformer, or a big inductor? As
for a resonant transformer test set?
