Hi,

The ratings for capacitors are well known. Programs like MicroSim and ScanTesla can find the RMS currents, voltages, peak currents, frequencies,... Then you can build up or get a capacitor to match. A nice source of the basic equations and charts is here:

Apparently you are making a coil which is different than what are usual charts list. But all the numbers can be figured out just the same... You already know most of the special considerations for the Tesla coil case.

Do you know any of the voltages, current levels, or frequencies your coil will be running at yet?
