Hey Gary!
Haven't heard from you in a while! Thought you disappeared lol.
The disc you see there was a test piece and those aren't the actual
electrodes. Yes, it is now connected and a special material was used for
the new disc which I had laser cut to ensure precision down to 1/100 in (It
spins so nice!) The blower is there not to cool the gap but actually aids
in extinguishing the arc (seems odd, but it actually helps a little) T
might think about building that shrapnel shield though... thats a good
idea! Better safe than sorry right!
