Variable transformers

Original poster: "S&JY" <youngsters-at-konnections-dot-net>

All,

The variable transformer I am inquiring about is made by KRM, model
AEEC-2090. I think they have only been available since about 2003. Anyone
else have any experience with them? (I note via the web that some use them
to control power to their coffee roasters!) You can see one at
www.web-tronics-dot-com
