The easiest parallel plate cap equation to use (all dimensions in inches)
is:

Cpf = 0.224 * (KA/d) * n-1

K = dielectric constant of insulation

A = area of one plate in square inches

d = thickness of dielectric in inches

n = total number of metal plates
